Client Overview

A global fintech leader, Acrisure provides customers with intelligence-driven financial services solutions for insurance, reinsurance, real estate services, cyber services and asset and wealth management.

The Challenge

Acrisure partner Royal Group Services needed a self-serve insurance portal to deliver cyber insurance for the Acricure network of brokers. Members would be able to self-quote, bind their policies and manage certificates of insurance for several different programs. 

To provide a great customer experience, RGS and InsureCert focused on three essential requirements: 

  • Configurable - to give brokers freedom and choice
  • Policy Issuance – to provide brokers 24/7 access 
  • Compliance – to ensure brokers have full access to policy data

RGS wanted to increase efficiency by streamlining the issuance of insurance policies by offering members a self-serve dashboard. They could then focus on developing its program business with complete autonomy. 

Our Solution

Within a few weeks, InsureCert provided RGS with a fully branded domain for each program linked to various programs, offering:

  • Premium ratings - thanks to enhanced price rule algorithms. 
  • Policy Issuance - including proof of insurance certificates
  • API integration - real-time data streaming & dashboard reporting
