Program

Endorsements

To endorse a policy, open the policy record from the main Quotes & Policy page.

Scroll to the bottom of the policy page and find the Endorse Policy button.

Actions:   The modal confirmation window opens allowing you to add a note why you are endorsing the policy and the date.

Upon clicking "Endorse" to confirm, the policy will be cloned and a NEW policy record will open that includes all the answers used to create the original policy.

  • Make the changes you require to the application
  • The summary page will show the difference in premium the endorsment will cost.

Submit the policy for payment, or if the program is set to Agency Bill, submit the policy to the broker dashboard for binding.

The original premium cost is removed from the endorsement cost. For example, if the original policy cost $1000 for $1m limit, and you endorse to $2m ($1200). the endorsement only charges the difference $200.
