Override premium and fees

If your program is set to auto-generating prices, but you want to give your client a discount, it's easy to override the rates.

The price override option is only available to program underwriters.

Step 1:  Copy the quote session ID.

‍

Step 2:  Paste the ID# into the search box in your dashboard and then click the Program name to open it.

Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the quote page and enter the Premium & Fees. Then click "Save Override"

Step 3:  Drop in an optional note and click Override Premium


‍

Step 4:  Go Back to the quote and refresh the page.

‍

Your override now appears on the quote in the /summary page. Your clients can checkout with your adjusted price.
