Payment Problems

A few things can cause your payment to be rejected.

  • A message says "Card Declined" comes from the payment processor and not InsureCert generated. Steps to fix is calling the 1-800# on the back of your card to ensure there is credit and the card is not being blocked.
  • "Broker account not connected" can occur when the owner of the program has temporarily turned off or is doing maintenance on their account. Open a chat (or leave a message if we're offline) and we'll email you when the account is back online.
